Check if the controller is short circuited
Tip: Typically, if the controller is connected to the motor with the Hall and phase wires, and when you manually rotate the motor, you feel resistance, it indicates that the controller is short-circuited. The video demonstrates using a multimeter to measure for a short circuit.

Self-Learning Operation Videos
Tip: There are a few key points that are easy to overlook.
Disconnect the self-learning wire WHILE the motor is spinning rapidly;
Wait for the motor STOP completely, then you can turn off the LCD;
After turning off the LCD (controller power off), wait for 3-5 seconds before restarting.

If the LCD is faulty but you want to check if the controller is working properly, refer to this video:
Tip: This video demonstrates self-learning by the controller in the absence of an LCD and an voltage key.

Checking if the self-learning process was successful
Tip: In cases where the self-learning was unsuccessful, the motor can still run, but abnormally fast, almost terrifyingly so, or with a jerky motion.
In the video, observe the smooth acceleration/deceleration of the motor by pulling the throttle back and forth.

If the LCD cannot power on, check the ACC
Tip: If the LCD cannot power on, first check if there is power reaching the LCD.

Why can the LCD power on but the controller cannot do self-learning
Tip: If the LCD can power on, the controller cannot do self-learn, it could be due to a lack of power to the controller (controller not powered on) or a faulty controller.
The video demonstrates checking for power to the controller; if there's no power, the ACC wiring is need to be repaired, if there's power, it indicates a faulty controller.

Dongguan Yunli Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology innovation enterprise that focuses on the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of motor drives.
Our company specializes in the research, production, and sales of sine wave controllers and their accessories.
Sine wave controllers are widely used in various applications due to their mature technology and effectiveness as a controller mode.
The Yunli controller, developed independently by our company, is based on the space vector frequency conversion control algorithm.
It boasts high conversion efficiency, effectively reduces the temperature rise of the controller, extends battery life, resolves jitter and instability during vehicle startup,
and offers superior linearity, high starting torque, and efficiency.
Yunli controllers are renowned for their high power and operate in full torque mode, maintaining constant torque while adjusting current output through throttle handle manipulation.
The controller ensures smooth and powerful vehicle starts through linear tuning.
Unlike traditional controllers with excessively fast acceleration speeds, our controllers strike a balance between comfort and power.
The chip utilized is a powerful 32-bit MCU from a reputable brand, ensuring faster processing speeds.
Customized MOSFET circuit layout and the use of heat dissipation materials facilitate rapid heat dissipation, supporting the output of larger currents.
The controller's aluminum housing not only provides a metallic aesthetic but also enhances heat conduction efficiency.
